UPS Mail Innovations is a partnership between UPS and USPS. With UPS Mail Innovations, packages are picked up by UPS and delivered to you by USPS.
To enable UPS Mail Innovations you must have a valid UPS account currently on file. You will also need to enter a Cost center number and select an endorsement. To view the steps visit the Help Center Article:

With UPS Mail Innovations only a specific set of package types that are defined by UPS are valid for use with UPS Mail Innovations services and endorsements.
