How to Stop Chrome from Automatically Saving the Label as a PDF

If you have selected “Print Label" and the print preview dialog box does not pop up, your shipping label may be automatically downloading as a pdf file instead. This can be due to a setting when using the Chrome browser. To resolve the issue follow the steps below.

Select the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner, then select “Settings" from the drop-down menu.

Your labels will now pop up with the printing option at booking or reprinting labels from the History/Track page.

**If you do not want to disable the “Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome” option because you use it for other services, you can change the way the pop-up label appears.

Click the Settings tab.

Toward the bottom of the list is a setting “Use legacy label pop-up even in Chrome and Safari”. Check the box and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the settings.

Now when you go to print the label it will ask where you would like to download the PDF.
