If you have accidentally deleted an order from XPS Ship, you can view and restore the order from the Deleted Orders settings.
**The original integration the order was deleted from will need to be active, and if applicable the order will still need to be in the correct status to pull in to be shipped, i.e. Shopify will only pull in orders with a status of unfulfilled.
As an Admin, click the Settings tab.
Under “eCommerce Settings” select “Deleted Orders”.
Here you will be able to search for a deleted order by order id and view a list of the deleted orders. After selecting the orders, click "Restore (#) Order" at the top of the list.
A confirmation will appear to say "Order has been restored".
The restored order will appear on the Ship screen.
