FedEx One Rate

FedEx One Rate is flat-rate, zone-based shipping that doesn’t require you to weigh or measure shipments under select FedEx Packaging.

If you have added your own FedEx account to the platform it will give you the FedEx One rate option when selecting the packaging in combination with FedEx Express services.

To qualify for FedEx One Rate pricing, FedEx envelopes must weigh 10 lbs. or less, and FedEx paks, boxes, and tubes must weigh 50 lbs. or less. *Dry ice is not permitted with any FedEx One Rate shipments.


Eligible Packaging

In the Ship screen after selecting an eligible FedEx service: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, FedEx 2Day A.M., FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx First Overnight. Then, choose the FedEx One Rate Packaging.

You can also choose from the FedEx One Rate package options on the Batch screen.
