Shipments can be scheduled through the pickups page and also per shipment at the time the shipment label has been completed.
Click the Pickups tab.
If you use multiple carriers you may need to select UPS from the carrier dropdown.
All shipments for the day will be listed on the screen.
If there are shipments with multiple sender Addresses, you can select what address you what to schedule the pickup for. Click the Pick Up Address drop-down option and select the appropriate address.
Select the shipments you wish to schedule a pickup for. You can click the box in the header column to check all.
After selecting the shipments, select "Schedule Pickup For Selected Shipments".
The Schedule Pickup window will open. Fill out the pickup info and click “Schedule Pickup”.
It will display the pickup details such as the date, carrier, address, and confirmation number, under "Recently Scheduled Pickups" on the right side of the pickups screen.
You can also view the pickup confirmation number from the History/Track page.
Locate the shipment from the list or use the search at the top of the page to find the shipment. You will notice the pickup confirmation number is located under the tracking # for each shipment.
The confirmation number can also be seen by clicking the “eye” icon and you will see the confirmation number located in the shipment details
You can also access the option on the Ship screen. After booking the shipment and printing the label, you can select the "Schedule a Pickup" option from the list. **If you have more than one UPS shipment, it is recommended to schedule through the pickups screen.
When the shipment has been successfully scheduled, the pickup confirmation will be displayed where the "Schedule Pickup" option was previously.
