Receiving the message "Error: Status code 500" when printing your USPS Scan forms means that the name field lacks sender information. To resolve this problem, please follow the steps below:
Click the Settings tab.
Under Admin Settings select User Management.
To edit, click the pencil icon to the left of the user.
Fill in the Name field with a name; do not enter just a space. The name doesn't need to be a contact name, and you can use the company name again if you prefer.
Click Save Changes.
You can now refresh the page and return to the pickups tab to retry printing the scan form.
