When creating a shipment, you can use the Send Notification email function to send shipment details to the sender, receiver, or additional email addresses. If the carrier supports sending email notifications, the option will be displayed when creating a shipment
Click the Ship tab.
Select an order from the order tray or manually create a shipment
Before completing the order, scroll down toward the bottom of the page and select the “Send Notification email” checkbox.
The first two options are to send XPS Ship notification or send a UPS/FedEx notification (depending on the selected carrier).
You can also send a notification to the sender and/or receiver by selecting the respective checkboxes.
If necessary, you may add additional emails manually in the email box, and add a custom message in the text box below.
