The error “Received status code 400 while making a post request to UPS missing or invalid contact name” when trying to schedule a UPS pickup is due to an issue in the name field of the sender.
Follow the steps below to resolve the error.
In the Schedule Pickup section, select “Edit pickup address”.
Edit the information in the name field to be no more than two words/ names.
When you are done entering in the pickup details, select “Schedule Pickup” at the bottom.
