Printing Packing Slips in Batch

When using Batch Shipping, you will typically want to print a packing slip with your order. The steps below will guide you through the steps to create an HTML Packing Slip with your order.

Upload and complete your Batch order through the quote process. Before booking the selected shipments, click the drop-down menu labeled “Print Selected”. You will be given the option to Print a Packing Slip.

It is critical you print your Packing Slip/Order Summary before completing the label process. If you generate your labels before printing the Packing Slip, the details of the Packing Slip/Order Summary will no longer be available from the Batch screen!!


The Packing Slip will look like the below example with each order separated. There are additional checkboxes you can select depending on what information you would like printed on the packing slip. For more details visit the Help Center Article: Packing Slip Settings

To print the packing slip, click "Print #X Packing Slip(s)" at the top of the page.
