Click the Pickups tab.
On the right side of the page, you will see the "Recently Scheduled Pickups".
Click on the date of the pickup you wish to cancel.
A pop-up will be displayed with the pickup info. Select "Cancel Pickup" at the bottom of the window to cancel the pickup request.
A confirmation will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel the pickup request, click OK.
The pickup request will be deleted and if the upcoming pickup was FedEx or UPS the shipment will be moved back to the pickups list. If the canceled pickup was USPS, you can reschedule using the option under “Recent Manifests”.
