Creating a return label can be done in a few different ways.
Creating a Return Label from the Ship Tab
Click the Ship tab.
Select a pending order or create a new shipment.
After booking the shipment, select the option Create Return Label.
Notice that the original recipient is now the sender. The service defaults to the same service as the original shipment (you can edit this if needed).Fill out the details of the shipment and create the return label.
After filling in the details, book the shipment. You can then print or email the prepaid return label.
Creating a Return Label from the History/Track Tab
Click the History/Track tab.
Scroll through the list and find the order you want to create a return label for and then select the corresponding dropdown arrow.
From the dropdown, select Create Return Label.
You’ll be taken to the Ship page with the customer information and your information filled out.Select your carrier and package type.
Then book the shipment.
The return label is created and normal rates apply.
