How to Enable UPS SurePost

To enable UPS SurePost you must have a valid UPS account currently on file. If you have not added a UPS account visit Carrier Accounts for instructions.

Once you have a UPS account on file, follow the steps below to enable UPS SurePost.

Click the Settings tab.

Under “Admin Settings” select “Carrier/Provider Accounts”

Here you will see a list of carrier accounts. Select “Edit” next to your UPS account.

Select "Enable SurePost Services" and select "Save Changes".
