After UPS accepts the password, a connection confirmation will populate, and you will be redirected back to XPS.

If you are still encountering this error after following the steps, or if you are unable to complete these steps, you will want to contact UPS.

If your UPS account is managed by a 3rd party such as Unishippers or Worldwide Express, you will need to contact the company that manages your UPS account.

You will want to let them know that you are trying to connect your UPS account to a 3rd party shipping platform (XPS Ship) and that you need assistance with ensuring you have an authorized username and password that is connected to a UPS account number that will allow the oAuth connection.
