If your printer is showing as not connected in XPS Webshiplink, follow the steps below.
Check to make sure your printer is not offline. Go to Control Panel and click on View Devices and Printers.
A list of your printers will appear. If the printer you are trying to use is greyed out it indicates it is offline.
You can also check by right-clicking the printer and select "See what's printing".
If the printer is indicating it is "Offline" you will want to follow the manufactures directions to get it reconnected. If the printer is Online continue the steps below.
Close the XPS Webshiplink by selecting the "X" in the top right corner.
Reopen the Webshiplink. Check to make sure the printer token and printer selected in the Webshiplink match what is entered into the XPS printer setup page.
