XPS can support USPS NSA accounts through EasyPost. If you do not already have an EasyPost account, you will need to sign up by clicking the link below:
https://www.easypost.com/signup?utm_source=xps
EasyPost will work with you to get your USPS rates, account number, and payment information into an EasyPost account. EasyPost will also handle the billing for these accounts. To connect the account in XPS you will need the EasyPost Account API Key, Carrier Account ID, and Returns Account ID.
Once you have an easy post account established, you'll need to contact XPS customer service at 1.800.881.0288 so that they can enable this feature.
Note: ONLY USPS services (USPS Priority, Ground Advantage, USPS International First Class, etc.) will be available thru the EasyPost account added to XPS. If you have other carriers linked to your EasyPost account, such as Asendia or APC they will not be available in XPS.
Currently, the rates displayed in XPS will not reflect your actual NSA rates as the shipping cost quoted will still display the commercial rates.
Once you have the required information from EasyPost and have contacted XPS to enable the service you will connect your post account with the steps below.
Select the settings tab.
Under “Admin Settings” select “Carrier/Provider Accounts”.
Scroll down to find EasyPost from the list and select "+Add".
Enter your API Key, Carrier Account ID, Returns Account ID, then select “Save Account”.
