After scheduling a pickup you can find the pickup confirmation number either through the Pickups tab or after a shipment, the pickup confirmation number can be found in the History/Track tab next to every shipment. Select the Pickups tab.
On the right side will be a box with "Recently Scheduled Pickups".

Click the History/Track tab.
Locate the shipment and you will see the confirmation in the fourth column from the left under the tracking number. If there is no pickup scheduled for the order, the area will remain blank.
The confirmation number can also be seen by clicking the “eye” icon and you will see the confirmation number located in the shipment details.
