If you have selected “Print Label” and the print preview dialog box has not appeared while using the Safari browser, you will need to enable the pop window in Safari settings.
After booking a shipment, Safari will notify you in the search bar that the pop-up window has been blocked.
In the menu bar, go to Safari > Preferences.
Go to the “Websites” tab and select “Pop-up Windows” from the sidebar on the left.
Select the “Allow” option for xpsshipper.com.
Close Safari and relaunch and go to xpsshipper.com again.
Now you can reprint the label. Click the History/Track tab.
Select "Print Label” from the drop-down menu to the right of the eye icon.
Disable Content Blockers in Safari
If the print preview window is not appearing after selecting “Print label”, it may also be necessary to disable the content blockers in Safari.
In the top left-hand corner of your browser click “Safari” and select “Settings for xpsshipper.com” from the drop-down menu.
Uncheck the box for “Enable content blockers” and check to make sure it shows “Allow” for Pop-up Windows. Then refresh the browser and try again.
If the Print preview box is still not appearing, close all open tabs within Safari, then restart the computer. After it has restarted try logging into XPS Ship and reprinting the label.
