QuickBooks Desktop Error: Orders are Missing

If you are missing orders in XPS when using QuickBooks Desktop, with no error showing it could be an issue with the connection to the Web Connector. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Restart your computer and open QuickBooks. Be sure to log in as an administrator or have an administrator grant your login permission.

Open the QuickBooks Web Connector and select “Update Selected”.

Return to XPS and re-sync the orders from the Ship screen, this may take a few minutes.
