Shopify Error: Duplicate Orders

If you are seeing duplicate orders coming through from your Shopify integration, it can due to a duplicate Shopify Integration in XPS. This can happen if you are redirected from the Shopify page to the XPS Ship site to log in. To resolve the error follow the steps below.

Click the Settings tab.

Under “eCommerce” select “eCommerce Integrations”.

A list of your current integrations will appear, select the duplicate Shopify integration.

At the bottom select “Delete Integration”.

The duplicate orders should disappear after the system has refreshed.
