Within the Packing Slip settings, you can configure the information shown on your packing slips. Options may vary depending on the type of packing slip (HTML, PDF, Inline, Order Summary) To view specifications visit: Packing Slip Types.
Below is an overview of the options within the Packing Slip settings.
Click the Settings tab.
Under “Admin Settings” select “Packing Slips”
Hide Sender Phone Number on HTML packing slip
When checked this will not display the sender's phone number on the HTML packing slip, the phone number will still display on the shipping label. The order summary, PDF, and Inline packing slips do not contain the sender's phone number.
Enable Inline Packing Slips
Inline packing slips are in the same simplified format as the PDF packing slips, but print at the same time as your shipping labels. PDF Packing Slips are a simplified version of the packing slip. When checked this will give the option to choose between the HTML or PDF packing slip options within the batch screen.
*Option only applies to the Inline and PDF Packing slips
*Packing Slip Orientation
You can choose between portrait or landscape from the dropdown.
*Line Item Font Size
You can choose between small, medium, or large from the dropdown.
*Show SKU Column
The item SKU will show if supported. If not it will be blank.
SKU Column Width This will allow you to adjust the size of the SKU column.
*Show Location Column
The location will show if added in Simple Inventory or Commodities, if not it will be blank.
Location Column Width This will allow you to adjust the size of the location column.
*Show Description Column
The Item name will show if supported. If not it will be blank.
*Show Price Column
This will show the line item price column.
**Option only applies to the HTML Packing slips
**Remove item's price on packing slip
This will remove the line item price column.
**Remove item's image on packing slip
This will remove the item picture on both the HTML packing slip and Order Summary.
Hide order date on packing slip
This will remove the order date and time on the packing slip.
**Show shipping total on packing slip
This will show the shipping total the recipient paid at checkout.
**Show packing slip barcode
This will show the barcode on the HTML packing slip. The PDF and Inline packing slips show the barcode by default.
Show batch group information on packing slip
This will default the box to be checked to print the Batch Group number and name on the HTML Packing slip. When checked it will also show the Batch Group number on the Inline and PDF packing slips. For more information visit: How to Assign Batch Groups
Show XPS Ship notes on packing slip
This will default the box to be checked to print the XPS Ship Notes on the HTML Packing slip. When checked it will also show the XPS Ship Notes on the Inline and PDF packing slips.
Hide packing slip customer notes
This will default the box to be unchecked to hide Customer Notes on the HTML Packing slip. When checked it will also hide the customer notes on the Inline and PDF packing slips.
Show packing slip footer message
This will print the packing slip footer message on the HTML, Inline, and PDF packing slips.
Packing slip footer message Enter the text you want to display as your footer message within this box.
Show PO Number on Packing Slip
The location will show if added in CSV integration mapping, if not it will be blank.
