To add your DHL Express account, you will need to go through the following steps.
First, you'll need to contact XPS customer service at 1.800.881.0288 so that they can enable this feature.
After contacting XPS Ship customer service and asking them to enable the BYO DHL setting, follow the steps below to receive the API credentials that will be needed for the configuration.
Create a profile at: https://developer.dhl.com/user/register
Register to create a profile. (If you have not already done so.)
An email will be sent to set up your MyDHL API Developer password. (If do not see it, make sure to check your junk/spam folder in your email.)
After you create your password, please log into your profile to complete the profile setup: https://developer.dhl.com/form/dhl-express-onboarding
Once the profile is completed, your request will be submitted for approval and an email will be sent with a link to access the API credentials.
Once you have that information, you can go into XPS Ship>Settings>Carrier accounts>+Add account>DHL>+Add.
Add your credentials and select "Save Account".
