Shipments will remain in the Pickups page for 5 days from the ship date. After 5 days, the shipment will be removed from the pickups page and the user will have to contact the carrier directly to schedule a pickup. The only exception to this rule is USPS which must have the manifest created daily as the shipments will only be available for the day they are created.
