If you have an existing UPS account added in XPS, you will need to migrate to the new oAuth connection with the following steps. Note: The new UPS process will need to be completed by June 3rd, 2024.
To update your account, you must have the following UPS account details.
UPS Account Number
User Name or Email
Password
Select the settings tab located at the top right of the navigation bar.
Under “Admin Settings” select “Carrier/Provider Accounts”.
Click “Add Carrier/Provider Account”.
Select “Edit” next to your UPS account name.
Select “Migrate to OAuth”.
You will be redirected to the UPS portal. Here you will need to enter in your UPS username.
After carefully reviewing the UPS Technology Agreement, check the authorization box.
Then select the “Continue” button.
Enter in your UPS password and select “Log In”.
After UPS accepts the password, a connection confirmation will populate, and you will be redirected back to XPS.
