If you are using a Rollo Label Printer and find that your labels are shifting the label, sometimes with a blank label following when using Webshiplink try the following solution below.
Go to the Start Menu and open the Control Panel, select “Devices and Printers”.
Then, right-click your Rollo printer and select “Printing Preferences”.
Select “Settings”. Change the Width to 103 and the Height to 153.
Select "Apply", then click "OK" now the labels will come out properly with the WebShipLink.
