Integrating your XPS Ship account with your Cratejoy account allows your customers’ orders to be directly transferred from Cratejoy to your profile, providing quick and easy shipping.
To begin, log in to Cratejoy, and click on "Settings" to expand the options.
Click the link to the "API" functionality.
Click the green "Generate a new Key" button.
A pop-up will appear with your Client ID and Client Secret Key. Make sure to copy and save the Client ID and Client Secret Key into a document/file, as you will need to paste both into your Cratejoy Integration settings in XPS later. Once you have saved them, click “Done”.
Once the box above closes, you can see your new API key.
Add a Cratejoy Integration in XPS Ship
Open a new browser window and log in to your XPS Ship Account.
Click the Settings tab.
Under “eCommerce” select “eCommerce Integrations”
Click "Add eCommerce Integration"
Select Cratejoy
General Settings
Add an Integration name, “Cratejoy” will be the default, but it can be changed to anything you’d like.

By default, the Active box will be checked.
Check the box if you want to Skip address Pre Verification on orders.

Cratejoy Settings
Paste the Client ID and Client Secret Key you copied earlier from Cratejoy into the corresponding fields.
Additional settings are available related to the Sender and Return to address. Edit and apply as necessary to your integration.
When all details for the integration have been completed, click "Save New Integration".
If all info is entered correctly, you will receive a message at the top of the page indicating the integration is now connected. Orders will start to appear momentarily.
