Shopify Missing Orders How To Find Order ID

Note: Before contacting XPS Customer service about missing orders from Shopify in XPS, you will want to complete the steps listed in the Help Center Article: Shopify Error: Orders are Missing


In order to look into missing orders for Shopify, XPS will need the Order ID.

To find the Shopify order ID #'s in Shopify click on the order details for the order. Then look at the URL and the Order ID is the number at the end of the URL. See the sample below of where you would find those #'s in the URL.

Another thing you will want to check is to make sure that the status does not already show as Fulfilled. Shopify has an option under -Settings>Checkout>Order Processing called After an order has been paid- Automatically fulfill the order's line items. If this is checked the orders will not come in because when it is marked as fulfilled the system assumes it has been shipped.

XPS Ship only pulls orders with the financial status of paid or partially paid and order status unfulfilled.
