How to Add an Order to a Batch Manually


If you want to add in orders manually so that you can batch and edit the shipping details of multiple orders or in combination with an integration you can do so through the batch screen or the address book options. The steps below will go through each process.


Add an Order to a Batch Manually through the Batch screen

Click the Batch tab.

If you need to add an order to an existing Batch or create a new Batch, you can do so by clicking the three dots found at the top of the Orders List. In this menu, there is an option to "+Create Order".


Add the details of the order, and click “Add New Order” at the bottom of the page.

Create a Manual Batch through the Address Book

To add manual orders using addresses saved in your address book follow the steps below.

Click the Address Book tab.

Select the addresses you would like to create orders for by selecting the checkbox next to each name.

After selecting the addresses, click the 3 dots at the top of the list and select "Ship to Selection".

A box will pop up. Enter the SKU, Name, Quantity, and Price. To add additional items to that order select "+Add Line Item" when complete select "Create 4 Orders" If you have Simple Inventory enabled or Commodities entered, you can add the items you have saved in the inventory book by typing in the SKU **To learn more about these options visit: How to Add Commodities or Simple Inventory Management

You will be redirected to the batch screen with a message that the orders were created.

You will see the created order details within the Batch list where you can continue to select and edit them.

Note: The Batch tab will show up to 50 orders at a time. To view more orders select the page number from the drop-down menu, Previous Page, or Next Page option. These options will show at the top and bottom of the orders list.
