How do I delete pending orders imported from eBay that I end up shipping through other means?

If an order is shipped through another method and a tracking number is pushed back up to eBay, either by a 3rd party shipping software or manually, then the pending order will be removed from the pending list automatically next time the eBay marketplace is queried for orders.
