If your WooCommerce is not updating the information after the shipment has been booked, or displaying a 403 error after connecting the integration, it is due to the firewall blocking the request from XPS Ship.
On the left side of the shipment select the eye icon.
Clicking on the eye will bring you to a more detailed overview of that shipment. On the right will be box with the update status error:
“We expected status code 2XX with content type "application/json" but instead received status code 403..”
This is due to the firewall blocking request from the XPS Ship site. To resolve you will need to contact your hosting ISP or network administrator to white list the following IP Addresses:
