If you are getting an error when the XPS Webshiplink is updating, or if it continually shows "Downloading update" with a percentage but never completes follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Within the Webshiplink window click the "X" in the top right corner to close.
Within XPS Ship, click the Settings tab.
Under “User Settings” select “Printer Setup”.
Click the link to launch the Webshiplink installer.
The setup installer will show in the bottom right corner of the screen. (if using Google Chrome)
Open the installer and let it run. When finished it will automatically update the Webshiplink correctly.
