WooCommerce Error: Plugin Could Not be Activated Because it Triggered a Fatal Error

Before migrating to the WooCommerce app for XPS Ship you will need to delete the previously installed plugin for integrated quoting. Follow the steps below to remove the previous version.

Log in to your Word Press account.


Under WooCommerce, hover over the Plugins option in the menu on the left side of the page. Click “Installed Plugins”.


Locate the “WooCommerce Webship Integrated Quoting” plugin. Click "Deactivate" below the title.


The Plugins page will refresh, and the plugin will appear as deactivated. Next click "Delete" below the title.


A confirmation message will display asking you whether you’re sure you want to delete, select "OK".
