Any order from your QuickBooks Online Transactions/Sales list with the status of "Open" will automatically appear in the orders list within XPS Ship. Also, if “allow unpaid/partially paid orders” is checked upon setup, you will also see orders with a status of “Paid” and “Partial” in our orders list in XPS Ship.
Note: Invoices with a Ship Date will not be imported, only sales receipts.
After an order has been booked from your orders list, the shipment tracking number will be posted back to QuickBooks Online. From your transaction in QuickBooks online, click an order that has been booked and you will see the shipment info, including the Carrier, Shipment Date, and Tracking Number.
Available Features
XPS Ship’s integration to QuickBooks Online supports the following as defined in the Integration Features Glossary
*Currently the QuickBooks Online integration does not pull over the SKU or the description. The “Name” field pulls from what is listed in the product /service field in QuickBooks, and it does list the quantity.
