We expected status code 2XX but instead received status code 401 after making a POST request to https://yourwebsite.com/oauth/token/requestwhen trying to add your Magento 2 Integration to XPS Ship, this is due to a known bug within Magento.
To resolve this issue your web developer will need to clear the Magento DataBase table called "oauth_token". When this has been cleared try to activate the app again using the steps in the Help Center Article:
