Some users always want to receive an email notification for every shipment that is generated. After enabling the options below you can set additional options in notifications settings such as status updates and text alerts. Visit the Help Center article: Shipment Notifications
Click the Settings tab.
Under “Admin Settings” select “Notification Settings”.
There are a few different options for sending email notifications on this page.
Default Shipment Notifications can be set so that specific email addresses receive the notification.
You can also send notifications for one-off shipments as well as send email notifications to the Sender by default.
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page after making your selections.
