In order to avoid redundancy in entering your AES EIN number, the platform allows you to save your default number. The steps below will walk you through the process of setting the AES EIN number as a default for international shipments.
Click the Settings tab.
Under Admin Settings select Other Settings.
For Default AES/EIN Number enter the code that you would like to be the default for all international shipments.
Then click Save Changes.
The default number will now be saved and you will see it populate on the next shipment. Click the Ship tab.
Select an international shipment from the order queue or create a one-off international shipment.
Within the details section of the shipment, you will see the option for FTR, ITN, and AES EIN. Click AES EIN and the default number you entered will be displayed.
When the shipment is created, the AES EIN Number will be printed on the label.
