How to Edit and Reship a Shipment

If you need to change any information on your label after it was booked, you can use the Edit and Reship option. However, you should first void the original shipment you created.

1. Select the History/Track tab.
   
   
   

2. Next to the shipment you wish to void, select the dropdown arrow.
   
   
   

3. Then select Void Shipment.
   
   
   
   Your shipping status will go from to . Now you can select the option Edit and Reship.
   
   
   
   You are redirected to the Ship page, and all the information associated with that shipment is filled in. You can then edit anything you need to change. A quote appears on the right.
   

4. Select Book Shipment to reship and print a new label.
