Adding Notes

This will allow you to add any notes you want to the shipment for the company’s uses. This is useful if you are contacting the carrier to find out about the exception. There is only one notes field, but you can edit, add, or delete the note if needed. To add additional notes in this section, make a new line or just add to the same line. Save when you are done. If you want to delete the note just edit and delete what is there and save.

**Deleting the information is permanent.

The icon is the notes icon found in the tracking details/notes column.
