If your customer entered notes at checkout, you can view the notes in several ways in the platform. You also have the option to filter by orders with notes. The steps below will walk you through the different options.
On the Batch Tab
To filter pending orders with customer notes select “Only show orders with notes”, as well as any other filter options such as Integration, SKU, or Order group.
Within the orders listed, located under the “Order #/Order ID/Print Order/Shipping Method” column you with see the “Customer Notes” icon.
Hovering over the notes icon will pop up a box with the customer note.
If you select the order by checking the box to the left of the shipment, it will give the options on the right to edit shipment details. Below the “Edit Order” box, a separate box will also show customer notes.
On the Ship Tab
To filter pending orders with customer notes, select the filter icon.
A Filter Order List will pop up. Select “Only show orders with notes”, as well as any other filter options such as Integration, SKU, or Order group.
Once finished, select the "Close" option and the orders in your list will be filtered according to your selected settings.
In the listed orders on the left, you with see the “Customer Notes” icon.
Hovering over the notes icon will pop up a box with the customer note.
After selecting the order, a separate box will show customer notes below the quote on the right side of the screen.
