Note: Before contacting XPS Customer service about missing orders from Shopify in XPS, you will want to complete the steps listed in Shopify Error: Orders are Missing.
In order to investigate why Shopify orders are missing in XPS, we will need the Order ID.
To locate the Shopify order ID, open the order details for the missing order in Shopify. Check the URL in your browser. The order ID is the number at the end of the URL. See the example below to identify where these numbers appear in the URL.
Check that the order status is not already marked as Fulfilled. In Shopify, go to Settings > Checkout > Order Processing and look for the option under After an order has been paid: Automatically fulfill the order's line items. If this option is enabled, orders will not appear because once marked as fulfilled, the system assumes they have already been shipped.
XPS Ship only pulls orders with the financial status of paid or partially paid and order status of unfulfilled.
