Integrating your XPS Ship account with your Cratejoy account allows your customers’ orders to be directly transferred from Cratejoy to your profile, providing quick and easy shipping.
Generate a Key in Cratejoy
To begin, log in to Cratejoy, and click on Settings to expand the options.
Click the link to the API functionality.
Click Generate a new Key.
A popup appears with your Client ID and Client Secret Key. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret Key into a document, as you will need to paste both into your Cratejoy Integration settings in XPS later. Once you have saved them, click Done.
Once the box above closes, you can see your new API key.
Add a Cratejoy Integration in XPS Ship
Open a new browser window and log in to your XPS Ship Account.
Click the Settings tab.
Under eCommerce select eCommerce Integrations.
Click Add eCommerce Integration.
Select Cratejoy.
General Settings
Add an Integration name, “Cratejoy” will be the default, but it can be changed to anything you’d like.

By default, the Active box will be checked.
Check the box if you want to Skip address Pre Verification on orders.

Cratejoy Settings
Paste the Client ID and Client Secret Key you copied earlier from Cratejoy into the corresponding fields.
Additional settings are available related to the Sender Address and Return To Address. Edit if necessary to your integration.
When finished, click Save New Integration.
When the integration is saved, you see that the connection has been established at the top of the page.
Orders start syncing and appear in the shipping area, this may take a few minutes.
