Address Book

The Address book will allow you to save customer address information for future use and set defaults such as service, packaging, and even billing account numbers. Instead of manually entering the address information for each shipment, you can select the customer from the Address Book with one click and start the label process. There are a few different ways to input an address into the address book. The instructions below will walk you through the different options.

Click the Address Book tab.

Additional details such as the Default Service and Default Package type can be set per address. This feature is beneficial when a specific recipient always has the same service or packaging for all shipments. An additional option for Default Billing Party can also be set depending on the service selected. This option is not available for all carriers so it is not shown in the window until the service is selected.
