Shipment Status

This feature supports USPS, UPS (exception UPS Mail Innovations), FedEx (exception Smart post), and DHL (exception DHL eCommerce). You will use this to quickly and easily track the status of your packages without having to go to the carrier website to get an update.

After booking a shipment, you will receive a confirmation saying “Shipment Booked”.

Click the History/Track tab.

On the right side, you will see the “Status” column. Recently created shipments will be listed as “Booked”. This means the label has been created but has not been scanned in by the carrier.

It will also list the Tracking Details to the right of the status column.

The status column will show Booked, In Transit, Delivered, Out for Delivery, Exceptions, Unacknowledged exceptions, and Voided. These statuses will update every 4 hours if we receive the information from the carrier.

mceclip0.pngBooked: Shipments that have just been recently shipped or are waiting to be updated by the carrier.

mceclip2.png In Transit: Shipments on their way to their destination.

mceclip3.pngOut for Delivery: Shipments that will be delivered that day.

mceclip4.pngDelivered: Shipments that are delivered to the recipient.

mceclip5.pngUnacknowledged Exceptions: Shipments that can’t be updated for some reason, you will need to contact the carrier for more info.

mceclip6.pngAcknowledged Exceptions: Will show whether you snoozed them or dismissed them.

mceclip1.pngVoided: Shipments that have been voided.

To cancel an order, select the drop-down arrow on the left side and click “Void Shipment”.

The shipment status should now read “Voided” and your order will no longer show as booked.

Exceptions

If you have a shipment with an Exception the History/Tracking tab will have a small number next to it showing how many exceptions you have.

You have two options for removing exception alerts:

Snooze alert is used if you want to be reminded about this shipment in the future and come back to it. After you check the box it will prompt you to set the timer your options are 1 – 5 Days or custom. Custom will allow you to set it for 6+ days.

When you use this option the status will update to Exception-Snoozed. The little number on history/track will change when you do this.

Dismiss is used to silence this with no reminder. The status will update to exception dismissed. The small number on the History/Track tab will change when you do this

If you want to undo dismissing the exception go back to the clock icon and check the box "Undismiss this exception".
