Only Allow XPS Ship Admins to Approve Prepay Recharges

If you would like to restrict the ability to approve prepay recharges to the admin(s) on your XPS Ship account follow the steps below.

Click the Settings tab.


Under “Admin Settings” select “Other Settings”.


Scroll down and check the box for "Only allow XPS Ship Admins to approve Prepay recharges".


Then, select “Save Changes”.

Now, if a non-admin user tries to book a shipment that would exceed the current balance they will receive the following error message:
