If you are seeing “ERROR: Received status code 401 while making a POST request to wix: Array ( [message] => Can't retrieve Metasite Context from Reloose. This error can occur due to Reloose failure or when the request's identities are not authorized [details] => Array ( ) )” in the Wix integration, it is due to Wix rejecting an update to a recently shipped order.
XPS Ship recommends that you give it a few minutes and retry marking that order as complete with the steps below:
Click the History/Track tab.
Next to the shipment with the update error, select the dropdown arrow.
Select Retry Marking Order as Shipped from the dropdown arrow next to the shipment.
The error should disappear after a few minutes and you can continue shipping your Wix orders.
If this does not work you will need to manually update that order in Wix.
