This error message means XPS was not able to communicate successfully with the endpoint for your Magento store.
Common Reasons:
Your store URL has been updated on the store side, but not in XPS Ship. Check that your store URL is correct in -your Magento Integrations Settings within XPS.
Your store is in maintenance mode. Make sure your store is live.
Verify that Magento is installed and running. Try visiting the URL for your store. If you cannot access it, chances are the platform cannot access it either.

A firewall blocking the request from XPS Ship. To resolve you will need to contact your hosting ISP or network administrator to white-list the following IP Addresses:
