Mirakl Marketplace Platform© is used by all kinds of retailers, B2B or B2C, to create, launch and operate their own online marketplace and increase their online business. The steps below will guide you through the process of integrating your XPS Ship account with your Mirakl Marketplace.
Obtain Credentials in Mirakl
There are 3 items you will need to obtain from your Mirakl Admin site that will be copied into the integration setup page for Mirakl within XPS Ship:
Host
Shop ID
API Key
Obtain these items by following the steps below. Paste the info to an area where you can copy and paste it into XPS Ship in a later step.
To begin, log in to the Admin side of your Mirakl account.
Next, click the dropdown at the top left of the page and select the marketplace that you want to integrate with XPS Ship.
Under My Account select Settings from the dropdown.
The Shop ID is found at the top of the page, copy this number as you will need it to paste into your Mirakl Integration settings in XPS later.
To obtain the API key, click the user email located at the top of the page, this will open the user settings.
Click API Key from the menu on the left. The API key will be displayed on the screen. Click Copy to clipboard, as you will need it to paste into your Mirakl Integration settings in XPS later.
Add a Mirakl Integration
Open a new browser window and log in to your XPS Ship Account.
Click the Settings tab.
Under eCommerce select eCommerce Integrations.
Click Add eCommerce Integration.
Select Mirakl.
General Settings
Add an Integration Name, “Mirakl” will be the default, but it can be changed to anything you’d like.
Send Confirmation Email **Mirakl does not populate the customer's email into XPS Ship**
By default, the Active box will be checked.
Check the box if you want to Skip address Pre-Verification on orders.
Include Packing slips in confirmation email **Mirakl does not populate the customer's email into XPS Ship**
Mirakl Settings
Enter the Mirakl Host Example: https://marketplace-prod.mirakl.net
Enter Shop ID that you obtained earlier.
Enter the API Key you obtained earlier.
Additional settings are available related to the Sender Address and Return To Address. Edit if necessary to your integration.
When finished, click Save New Integration.
When the integration is saved, you see that the connection has been established at the top of the page.
Orders start syncing and appear in the shipping area, this may take a few minutes.
