Dashboard
The Dashboard provides statistics on your shipping history, current announcements, and current integrations.
Ship
When you first log in, you are directed to the Ship tab.
On the left, you'll find a list of your current pending orders pulled in from your shopping cart integrations. Select an order from this list to create a label.
The middle area is for your address and the customer's address. Here, you also select a carrier and package type, and fill out the details.
Once you've filled out all the required information, a quote appears on the right and you can book the order.
Batch
If you have multiple orders to ship, you can use the Batch feature to create labels for them in a single process. You can then edit the shipping details for the selected group of orders.
Pickups
After you have booked your shipments for the day, you can schedule a single pickup for all your packages on the Pickups page.
History/Track
In the History/Track tab, you can view your past shipments and their details. Use the search bar to quickly find specific orders.
Address Book
In the Address Book, you can create new contacts and store all their information. You can then select contacts from the address book to quickly create orders to or from the contact.
Settings
In the Settings tab, you can configure your account settings for Integrations, payments, CSV uploads and more.
Help
In the Help tab, you can search for different topics and instructions to help guide you through the XPS Ship site.
