USPS uses a scan form to quickly allow your packages to be processed through a USPS facility. The scan form allows them to update all the shipments you generate that day with a single scan instead of processing each, one at a time.
Important
For USPS shipments, voided labels are refunded at 90% of postage value once manifested in line with USPS's standard refund policy. Labels voided before being manifest will receive a full refund.
A label is manifested when you generate a scan form, or automatically at 11:59 P.M. CT on the ship date for any booked labels.
Therefore, we strongly suggest you review your USPS shipments and ensure any unneeded labels are voided prior to generating a scan form.
Pickups Tab
Click the Pickups tab.
If there are shipments with multiple sender addresses click the Pickup Address dropdown option and select the appropriate address.
If you have both international and domestic shipments, you’ll need to create separate scan forms by selecting the appropriate service from the carrier dropdown.
Select the date range for the shipments you want to select. You can only create a scan form for shipments with the current day's date and shipments post-dated up to 28 days in the future.
Select the shipments you wish to create a USPS scan form for. You can click the box in the header column to check all.
You can also uncheck all and select individual shipments by clicking the box next to each shipment.
Click Create Scan Form.
A box will indicate the USPS manifest has been successfully created. Click OK to continue.
Your new scan form will now appear in the Recent Manifests area. Click the date to view and print the form.
After printing the form provide it to your local USPS postal worker with your packages upon pickup or drop off.
You can also verify that a shipment has been added to a specific manifest. On the History/Track screen, click the eye icon next to the shipment you want to view.
This will take you to the shipment details page. There it will show the Manifest Date, as well as give an option to View all shipments from this manifest.
