Custom Package Types

If your business has standard package types, such as custom boxes, that are used as regular packaging for your shipments, outside of the carrier's standard packaging, you can load each package type into the platform as packaging options to select when creating your label.

Add any additional weight of the package and any materials used for packaging.

Example: You have a product that weighs 5lbs. Once packaged in the box with additional packing materials the box weighs 6lbs, then you would add 1 in the Additional Weight field. This will ensure your package weight is accurate when creating your label.

When you are finished adding the package info, click the save icon at the bottom left corner to save the package type to the list.
