Disabling an XPS Ship User

As an admin, it may be necessary to disable a user login that is no longer needed. The below guide will explain how to disable a user. **You must have Admin functionality to disable a user**

Click the Settings tab.

Under “Admin Settings” select “User Management”.


Select the pencil icon next to the user you wish to disable.


A new page will open with the details for this user. At the top of the page, you will see the email for the user you selected. Beneath the email check the box next to "Deactivate user".


Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.


Now if the user attempts to log in, their access will be denied.
